Refund Policy:
If for any reason your team can not make the tournament, the cut off date for any refunds will be July 20, 2023 for Poly Days Tourney. Please contact Denise by email: ab.abadasa@gmail.com or text 780-975-4518 as soon as possible. A refund will be given to the method that was used for purchase.
Any team that does not request a refund by July 20, 2023 will be charged the full entry fee whether they appear at the tournament or not.
We will be accepting 16 teams for the Poly Days tournament. If the tournament list is full please contact us at ab.abadasa@gmail.com or Ivy at780-721-9132 with your name and phone number and we will put your team on a waitlist.
